Position Overview:
The Associate Computer Network Technician is a pivotal role within MARK.AGE, instrumental in maintaining, optimizing, and ensuring seamless connectivity of our Computer Network Systems for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot company computer network systems.
- Monitor network performance, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the security of the network systems.
- Provide technical support to staff, addressing any connectivity or performance issues.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in network maintenance.
- Participate in IT project management, especially for SaaS and App development projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in Ukrainian and Polish, ensuring clear understanding of technical requirements and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Possession of a Master's degree in Advertising and Public Relations or Martech from a top-tier, reputable university. This ensures a solid foundation in marketing technologies and strategies, as well as an understanding of the nuances of public relations and advertising in the digital age.
- Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing projects, with a specific focus on overseeing technical Human Resources. Candidates should have a track record of successfully managing teams and projects in Ukraine or Poland, showcasing their ability to navigate the unique challenges and opportunities in these regions.
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of network protocols and operating systems is essential. This ensures that the candidate can effectively manage and troubleshoot any network-related issues, ensuring seamless operations for our clients.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both Ukrainian and Polish is mandatory. This is crucial for effective communication with our teams and stakeholders in these regions, ensuring clear understanding and efficient execution of tasks.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Candidates must exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find solutions to complex challenges. This is vital for troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring the smooth running of our Computer Network Systems services.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential, ensuring that all tasks, whether big or small, are executed with precision and accuracy. This ensures the highest quality of service delivery to our clients.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills are a must. The ideal candidate should be adept at communicating their ideas clearly, collaborating with various teams, and building strong relationships both internally and with our clients.
