Position Overview:

The Senior Digital Product Designer is a pivotal role within MARK.AGE. This position is instrumental in shaping the digital experiences for our clients, ensuring they are engaging, intuitive, and impactful. As a Senior Digital Product Designer, you'll be part of an agile and iterative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Your role will involve analyzing, designing, and conveying your design vision, ensuring our digital products are user-centric and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand user interface patterns and behaviors to enhance user comprehension and task performance.
• Use visualizations and interactions to support data-driven decision-making.
• Facilitate design critiques, evaluate designs for inclusivity, and provide expert advice to teams and stakeholders.
• Lead ideation sessions and collaborative design activities.
• Apply your deep understanding of design theory and best practices to inform your design decisions.
• Create detailed sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate and validate design ideas.
• Lead usability testing sessions.
• Conduct design audits and ensure consistency across all digital platforms.

Qualifications:

• Must-have BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, CS, or a related field.
• Portfolio showcasing application design samples.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, and InVision.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Design, HCI, or CS.
• Experience in an agile work environment.
• Strong understanding of the latest design trends and technologies.

• Full-time
• Pay: $90,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
