This guarantee applies only to Website Design. It covers the website design fee paid to us and does not include third-party costs already paid, such as domains, hosting, platform fees, apps, plugins, themes, or stock images.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, begin with your account manager. If you are an Ask for Dex client, your Dex will help guide the process. If you do not have a Dex or account manager, email support@markage.ca with your name, purchase date, and order details.

What Happens Next
After we receive your request, we will review the order and move the refund forward under this guarantee. We reserve the right to revoke access to the service associated with the refund or to close your project, and any related work or files may be removed. Any third-party products or accounts will remain subject to the terms of those providers.
