If your list is larger than your current time block, we will tell you which tasks fit and which ones will need more hours. You can then decide whether to buy extra time now, leave some items for later, or ask for a custom quote for a bigger project.

Is this a subscription?
No. Designer On-Demand is sold as a single block of design time. There is no automatic renewal and no ongoing contract. When your hours are used, the work stops. If you need more design help in the future, you simply come back and buy another block of hours.
If checkout shows standard wording about a recurring or deferred purchase, it is because the system supports scheduled work. For Designer On-demand, you are charged only for the time block you choose.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
If you change your mind before we start work, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Once design work has started, the hours are not refundable because that time has already been used. Discounted or promotional packages follow the same rule.
