Markage follows its Data Classification, Retention and Disposal Policy to protect your information. We keep your data only as long as needed to serve you, meet legal requirements, or maintain security. After that, your data is permanently deleted. When we use outside tools such as social platforms or analytics services, we share only what is necessary under privacy agreements. You can ask us to delete your data earlier when the law permits.

Yes. You keep full ownership of your website, domains, social accounts, ad accounts, and marketing files. Dex works with access you approve. We use safe access practices and only request what is needed to complete your work.

Markage aims to keep the same Dex with your business for as long as possible. If a change is needed, your work continues without delay. We assign another certified Dex who meets our training and certification requirements. Your notes, plans, and key details stay in the studio. A short handover helps you avoid starting from zero. Every Dex meets the same Markage certification standard. This is meant to keep service consistent no matter who supports your business.

Concerns can happen and we take them seriously. If you have a concern, contact your Studio Manager at support@markage.ca. A manager responds within 4 business hours, not an automated system. We review the issue with you, clarify expectations if needed, and adjust the approach. If there is a true mismatch after review, we can assign a different certified Dex.

Dex helps you sort tasks by priority. You tell Dex what is urgent and what can wait. Dex keeps work organized so things stay on track even when your list is long.

Most work moves in short cycles. Dex prepares a draft, you review and approve, then Dex publishes. We hold drafts for review for up to 2 business days, unless we agree something needs more time or is time-sensitive. If we do not hear back, Dex moves to the next priority and returns when you are ready. Timing depends on the task and how quickly you provide approvals and key details. If something is urgent, tell Dex and we will prioritize it in your shared task list.

Most items include up to two revision rounds. A revision round means one set of changes after you review a draft. If an item needs more refinement, you choose: keep refining it and put other tasks on hold, or publish a good version now and improve it in the next cycle. This keeps work moving without one item stalling everything.

Yes. Start with a 10-Day Pilot Project for $599 one-time. The pilot runs for 10 business days during your local Canadian business hours, 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Dex focuses on in-scope tasks such as email campaigns, social content planning and scheduling, website and page updates, basic funnel setup, and setup for forms, booking, or analytics. You decide how to use the pilot. You can spread time across multiple tasks or focus on one initiative with review and revisions. After 10 business days, the pilot ends and you keep all completed work. If you subscribe within 14 days, the full $599 is credited toward your first month. There is no obligation either way.

You can also share information by shared documents or cloud storage such as Google Drive or Dropbox. Dex turns your input into organized tasks, coordinates with the studio when needed, and returns drafts or finished items for your review.

Dex can work with common tools used by small businesses, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and major social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. If you use a different tool, Dex will review it with you during onboarding and confirm what is realistic and safe to support.
