Month‑to‑Month Plan

Subscription Terms

• Service begins once your first monthly payment is processed; each renewal charge covers the next 30 days of service (payment in advance).

• We store your payment details (card or PayPal via Shopify) and bill the saved method every 30 days in advance at the current monthly rate (plus applicable tax) until you cancel.

• If we change the monthly rate, you’ll receive 30 days’ email notice and may cancel before the new price takes effect.

• If the primary payment method fails, we will retry backup methods. Service may be paused after 14 days of non‑payment.

Cancellation Terms

• Cancel any time in My Account → Billing → Cancel, or email support@markage.ca.

• Within 30 days of your first charge: we issue a full refund.

• After 30 days: payments already made are non‑refundable. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, then stops.

Annual Plan (Prepaid)

Subscription Terms

• Service starts when the one‑time annual payment is processed.

• The plan renews automatically every 12 months. We email at least 30 days’ notice of any price change.

• Stored payment details (card or PayPal via Shopify) allow us to charge future renewals automatically.

• If payment fails we retry for 14 days; service may be paused if the balance remains unpaid.

Cancellation Terms

• Cancel any time via My Account or by emailing support.

• Within 30 days of purchase: full refund.

• After 30 days: a 50 % early‑termination fee (ETF) applies to the unused balance.

  • ETF formula: ETF = 0.50 × (annual price ÷ 365) × remaining days.

  • We refund the remaining 50 % of the unused balance.

• Courtesy Waiver – last 60 days: If you are dissatisfied and cancel within the final 60 days of your term, we waive the final two months instead of applying the ETF.

How to Cancel

1. Sign in at markage.ca/account.

2. Open Billing & Plans.

3. Select Cancel Plan and follow the prompts.

If you can’t access your account, email support@markage.ca with your order number.

Price Changes

Rates may change at renewal. We always give at least 30 days’ notice so you can cancel before the new price begins.

Failed or Declined Payments

We’ll email you and retry the charge for 14 days. After 14 days of non‑payment, service is suspended until the balance is paid. Unresolved balances may be sent to collections.
