Terms of Use for Website Premium Plan

1. Email Campaign Design (Email marketing platform required)

We’ll design a beautifully branded email template directly within your platform of choice (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Zoho Campaigns). This ensures your emails are ready to send with no extra steps. Please note, our service focuses on the template design itself. You’ll handle the email distribution and platform setup, giving you full control over your campaigns.

2. Unlimited Content Updates

You’ll enjoy unlimited updates to your website’s content during development and for 30 days after launch. This includes adjustments to text, layout changes, and even redesigns if needed. Whether it’s fine-tuning the messaging or updating features, we’ll make sure your site is exactly how you want it. Please note, while updates are unlimited during this period, new pages fall outside the scope of this service.

3. Unlimited Images Per Page

We’ll create as many high-quality, AI-generated images as needed to make your website shine. These images are yours to use freely across your digital platforms. However, they’re optimized for web use, ensuring fast load times and crisp visuals online. If you require higher-resolution images for print or other uses, additional services may be needed, as our images are tailored specifically for web performance.

4. Unlimited Website Support

Throughout development, we’re here to support you every step of the way. You’ll also get an extra 30 days of post-launch support to make sure your site is running smoothly and you feel confident managing it. This includes answering questions, resolving issues, and making adjustments as needed. Our support focuses exclusively on your website, so third-party services like Google Analytics or other integrations would be outside this scope.
